This month's taste test at the Pop-Up Market on September 16th will be chocolate made from a single origin and heirloom cocoa from Madagascar. This company, Beyond Good, was started by returned Peace Corps volunteers committed to helping farmers and the environment. Beyond Good practices fair trade with zero middlemen and sustainable cocoa agroforestry which preserves the rainforest. There will be several giveaways for those that participate in the taste test.
