India has a lot of different types of cuisines and a lot of different regional cooking as well. The cooking you will be learning about in this class is not what you would find in Indian restaurants here in the United State, instead we will be cooking with authentic spices. Join us for this exciting Indian cooking class where we'll be "spicing things up" in the Sprout kitchen. Purva Watten has graciously offered her talents from her heritage in making chicken curry served with rice. She will also teach about tadka which is used a lot to flavor different things.
Because there is a limit to the number of people in the Sprout kitchen at one time, this class is for Purple Carrot Market owners only. Cost for each person is $40. Deadline to register is February 11th.
