Purple Carrot Owners #9) own Alaska Wild Fish, live in Central Minnesota, and have been fishing in Bristol Bay, Alaska for over 35 years.

Their salmon fillets are flash frozen then vacuum sealed to capture and preserve that “Fresh From The Water” flavor.  In addition to their fresh frozen salmon, Pietrons have halibut, walleye, yellow perch in case quantities and at case prices.  Concerned that you're not able to store and eat a case of fish? Buy a case with family, friends or neighbors and split it!

In the fall, the Pietrons selectively hand harvest wild rice from Minnesota lakes and rivers.  Like a blend of brown and wild rice?  Alaska Wild Fish offers a 50/50 blend U.S. grown brown rice and the locally harvested wild rice.
