Creative Cooking with Zucchini

Zucchini is everywhere at this time of year, but what can you do with it all? In a Facebook Live event on Tuesday, August 18, Elise Carey will show you how to make a quick raw salad with zucchini ribbons and a chili lime vinaigrette; she will also demonstrate how to prep zucchini for carbonara.
