Grant Money Awarded

We have some good news to share! The Purple Carrot Market received a grant from the Initiative Foundation for just over $15,600 as part of the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development's (DED) Main Street Economic Revitalization program.  

The Purple Carrot Market applied for the grant to upgrade the boilers in our building- the next step in getting the building ready for our food co-op and for the construction documents required for us to get bids on the project. This is a HUGE step along the path to getting our store open.
